Observations of a Forenji

This fall marked my first travel to Ethiopia spending three weeks in the motherland, also visiting the African continent for the very first time. My journey was highlighted by the breathtaking landscape, fascinating culture, and rich history of the country, that also led me to writing a diary on my adventures. The travel blog as well as detailed photo galleries will be released on Reggaeville. The first part is already online.

Reggae-Amore in Riddim #82

Salento is, where patty meets penne and Reggae is omnipresent. It is also the birthplace of Davide Musca aka Attila, who naturally dedicates his life to Caribbean music. For Riddim #82 I spoke to the Italian singer and Reggae enthusiast about his history and works, as well as Jamaican artist D’Vercity. The recent magazine also remembers trombonist Rico Rodriguez, discusses the perspectives of music business developement with author Lloyd Stanbury, and dives into the infinite dub-space of reverb and delay with producer Umberto Echo.
