Movements at Wha’ Gwaan Munchy?!?

About a year ago newcomer Runkus impressed as a guest on Munchy’s Yaad. Now he invited Wha’ Gwaan Munchy?!? to his yard in Portmore to share with us the tour experience alongside Ky-Mani Marley and his upcoming EP Move In, that just dropped. It’s all about movements, physically and mentally, from molecular vibrations to dance moves on a rocky Ska rhythm. New music is out by Mykal Rose, who teamed up with Cutty Ranks and Melloquence for a Weedy G Soundforce production. Following the combination trend also is Gentleman who is working with both Ky-Mani Marley and Richie Stephens, just like the Hungarian Riddim Colony, who feature Derajah on their latest single.

Looking back with Riddim #83

Music is his life and if he can, he sure dedicates every hour of the day to it. Luckily DJ Frass could still spare one to talk to me for the latest issue of Riddim magazine about his childhood in Washington Gardes, the first promo job for Mr. Vegas, and I-Octane’s upcoming EP New Chapter. Meanwhile my colleagues spoke to the veterans of Pow Pow Movement, who just celebrated their 25th anniversary, while others enjoyed fresh, homegrown fruits and veggies inside Kingston’s Life Yard. The year ends traditionally with the flashback and the staff members’ charts.
